Help for regibox 

  1. First, participants must have a regify account. If you are not sure if the person has an account already (somewhere in the world), please log in to your regify portal and use the invitation function. If the person already has a regify account, the invitation will fail with a corresponding message.
    After having activated their regify account (click in e-mail), new users can download and set up the regibox manager with this account.
  2. Now you can invite users individually to your regiboxes. In the regibox manager, select the regibox you want to invite into and click "Invite user".
  3. Invited users can now open the invitation file attached to the invitation e-mail by double-clicking on it and thus become a member of this regibox.
First you have to install the regibox Manager. If this is not yet the case, please go to the download page of your regify provider. Then install the "regibox manager".
Then you can start it (from the Start menu or start the setup directly) and enter the data for your regify account (e-mail and password). Now regibox is ready for use on your device. If you do not have a regify account yet, please ask the sender of the invitation to invite you to a regify account via his regify portal.
Now go into your e-mail program and open the file attached to the invitation with the extension .rgbx by double-clicking on it.
regibox starts and you can click on "Accept".
Please note that regibox on the iPhone/iPad will not be further developed. There is no longer any support for the version in the Store. First you have to install the regibox Manager. If this is not yet the case, please go to the iTunes Store and search for "regibox". Then install the "regibox manager".
Then you can start it (from the home screen) and enter the data for your regify account (e-mail and password). Now regibox is ready for use on your device. If you do not have a regify account yet, please ask the sender of the invitation to invite you to a regify account via his regify portal.
Now go into your e-mail program and open the file attached to the invitation with the extension .rgbx. If regibox does not appear in the list of available programs, click on the "More..." button and then activate regibox in the list as well. Confirm and now you can select regibox.
regibox starts and you can click on "Accept".
Please note that regibox for Android will not be further developed. There is no longer any support for the version in the Store. First you have to install the regibox Manager. If this is not yet the case, please go to the Google Play Store and search for "regibox". Then install the "regibox manager".
Then you can start it (from the home screen or from the application list) and enter the data for your regify account (e-mail and password). Now regibox is ready for use on your device. If you do not have a regify account yet, please ask the sender of the invitation to invite you to a regify account via his regify portal.
Now go into your e-mail program and open the file attached to the invitation with the extension .rgbx. Regibox should start immediately. If a selection is displayed, please select regibox.
regibox starts and you can click on "Accept".
Unfortunately, Apple has changed a few things with the update to MacOS 14 (Sonoma). Therefore regibox V2.1.0 no longer runs on it. Download the latest setup for the regibox manager on MacOS here. After the installation it should work again.
