Luxemburg, 1st of March – the regify group launches regimail private, a new solution for the electronic communication with private customers .”Companies can now exchange confidential documents and messages with their customers via e-mail.
With this new channel they save time and costs and offer their customers the electronic postal service in its most convenient and by end-to-end encryption in its most secured way”, explains Kurt Kammerer, CEO of the regify group with headquarters in Luxemburg.
An insurance company can for example send contract forms electronically to their customers.
With the help of regimail private this completed form can be sent back confidentially as classic mail. 

Binding confirmation of receipt 

An automatic confirmation of receipt documents bindingly, when the receiver has opened the message. This plays an important role especially for contract documents. The international approved solution can be used online using the regify Web portal of a certified regify provider or integrated to the common local e-mail-clients. 

Free of charge by sponsoring 

regimail private as a free of charge service is financed by sponsoring. When a message is sent as regimail private, a short sponsor message is appearing. Kurt Kammerer explains:” High acceptance for electronic postal services can only be reached, if the private user does not have to pay for it. A sponsoring approach including a short advertising message reaches the relevant target group without being pushy.
