Electronic postal services coming directly out of the output-management 

regify group sets up technology partnership with CSW 

Luxemburg/Nettetal, 17th of February - The regify group and the CSW Peripheriesysteme group have set up a technology partnership. In the course of this partnership CSW will integrate the functionalities of regify into their output-management-softwaresuite ProForma. CSW with its 900 installations is one of the leading providers in Germany  for output-management based upon software.
"The partnership with regify allows us to offer our customers a simple and high value digital alternative to the postal letter", says Peter Vroomen, Managing Director of the CSW group." Customers are increasingly asking for electronic postal services. Today we are perfectly prepared for that change in our market."
CSW-customers can use the ProForma-products integrated with the functionalities of the regify solutions regimail (trusted and binding messages), regibill (electronic bills without digital signature) and regipay (electronic payslips). This offers them an electronic solution as an alternative to printing output, that everybody with an existing e-mail address can use. 

Electronic payslips 

The CSW-software solution for payslips can now also offer legally compliant electronic payslips to the correct receiver as an option.

The market for output-management systems has been in change for quite a period of time. The trend towards the paper reduced office has been intensified by the new law for simplification of taxes which has been passed in autumn 2011. The law allows to send electronic invoices without digital signature.
